Froge Stew 🐸
Ingredients
- 12 fresh froge legs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 750ml chicken broth
- 3 carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.
- Add froge legs and cook until lightly browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot and enjoy!
