Deep Breathing 🌿

Find a comfortable seat, inhale deeply through your nose, letting your chest expand. Hold for a count of four, then slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat 10 times.

Box Breathing 📦

Inhale through your nose for a count of four, hold your breath for another four, exhale for four, and finally hold again for four. Visualize a calming square as you breathe.

Alternate Nostril Breathing 🌬️

Use your thumb to close your right nostril and inhale through the left. Then close your left nostril and exhale through the right. Switch sides and continue for 5 minutes.
