- 1 lb scallops
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add scallops.
- Season with salt and pepper, cooking until golden.
- Add white wine and cream, reducing gently.
- Transfer to ramekins, sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake in the oven until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
