Spaghetti Carbonara 🍝
Ingredients
- 200g Spaghetti
- 100g Pancetta
- 2 large eggs
- 50g Pecorino cheese
- 50g Parmesan
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- Optional: little bit of garlic
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in a large pan of salted water until al dente.
- Fry the pancetta with a little garlic until crispy and golden.
- Beat the eggs with the cheeses, a pinch of salt, and lots of pepper.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the pancetta off the heat.
- Add the egg mixture, tossing quickly to coat.
- Serve immediately, with extra cheese and pepper.
