Exquisite Fish Tagine Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 400g white fish fillets, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add all the spices and stir well, cooking for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
- Introduce the fish pieces, cover, and simmer gently until the fish is cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
