Classic Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp milk
- Sugar syrup (2 cups sugar and 2 cups water)
- Cardamom powder
- Ghee for frying
Instructions:
- Mix milk powder, flour, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add milk slowly to form a soft dough.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Heat ghee and fry balls until golden.
- Soak in warm sugar syrup infused with cardamom.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
- Add mashed potatoes, peas, spices, and salt. Mix well.
