Green Sea Turtle 🐢
The green sea turtle, or Chelonia mydas, is a large, weighty sea turtle with a wide, smooth carapace, or shell, and is found in tropical and subtropical seas around the world.
Adult green sea turtles are unique among sea turtles in that they are primarily herbivorous, meaning they mostly eat seagrass and algae.
