Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh bog water (filtered)
- 2 ripe froge berries (or any local equivalent)
- 3 tablespoons of algae paste
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- Handful of fresh mint leaves π
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into your favorite swamp mug and enjoy!
- Garnish with mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.
