Ingredients
- 200g Fresh pasta
- 100g Green peas
- 50g Baby spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
Step 3: Add the green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 5: Toss the cooked pasta with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
