Cardio Workouts:
Engage in heart-pumping activities that will boost your stamina and burn calories. Froges love jumping and moving around, and so should you!
- Running: Start with a 5-minute warm-up walk and aim for 20 minutes of continuous light jogging. Progress incrementally.
- Cycling: A low-impact aerobic workout perfect for all fitness levels. Try to ride for at least 30 minutes.
- Jump Rope: Excellent for cardio and improving coordination; 10 minutes can make a huge difference.
- Dancing: Have fun while exercising! Put on your favorite tunes and dance like nobody’s watching for at least 20 minutes.
