Ingredients
- 2 cups lilypad leaves (freshly washed)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes (optional for a chilly twist) π§
Instructions
- Combine lilypad leaves and almond milk in a blender.
- Add the banana and blend until smooth.
- Pour in the honey and chia seeds and blend for another 30 seconds.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend until crushed.
