Froge's Delicious Ocean Risotto

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and seafood. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add Arborio rice and stir for 2 minutes until slightly translucent.
  4. Pour in white wine and cook until mostly absorbed.
  5. Add seafood broth, one cup at a time, stirring constantly and allowing the liquid to be absorbed before adding more.
  6. Once the rice is creamy and cooked al dente, stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your ocean adventure!
