Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop finely. In a bowl, combine chopped stems, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, mix well. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture, place on a baking tray, and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
