Why CSS?
CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is essential for designing visually appealing web pages. It allows you to separate content from design, giving more flexibility and control over the layout and appearance.
Basic Selectors
Selectors are used to target elements on a web page. The three most common types are:
- Element Selector: Targets elements by their tag name (e.g.,
p,h1). - Class Selector: Targets elements by their class attribute (e.g.,
.intro). - ID Selector: Targets a single element by its unique ID (e.g.,
#header).
Colors & Fonts
Colors can make or break your website’s appeal. You can specify colors in different formats like hex codes and RGB values. Font choice also greatly affects readability and aesthetics.
