Hearty Kidney Bean Chili 🍲
This bean chili is perfect for cold days. It's nutritious, delicious, and, best of all, easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add chili powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Stir in the tomatoes and kidney beans.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
