Understanding the Squeeze Theorem
The Squeeze Theorem is a fundamental concept in calculus used to find the limit of a function. It demonstrates how a function can be "squeezed" between two other functions whose limits are known or easily found.
The Squeeze Theorem Formula
If f(x) ≤ g(x) ≤ h(x) for all x in an interval around a, except possibly at a, and:
lim x->a f(x) = Llim x->a h(x) = L
Then lim x->a g(x) = L.
