Bend your knees slightly and leap as high as you can, reaching your arms skyward. Land softly with your knees slightly bent. Perform this joyful leap 8 times. 🐸

Bounding Froge

From a standing position, jump forward on one leg and then immediately switch to the other leg. Continue to bound across the room for 5 rounds. 🐸
