  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla, and mix until smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Decorate with your favorite chocolate frosting and, if you’re feeling adventurous, some fondant frog designs!
