Chocolate Froge Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add in the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting or serving.
