Lemon Froge Tart Recipe 🐸🍋
Ingredients
- 1 cup of love for froges 🐸
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 5 tablespoons cold water
- 1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in water, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball. Roll out to fit an 11-inch tart pan. Place crust in tart pan. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, flour, and eggs. Pour into the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until filling is set and lightly golden on top. Cool before serving.
