Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 4 large froge eggs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cubed
- Pre-made tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and froge eggs.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mix thickens.
- Add butter cubes and stir until completely melted and incorporated.
- Pour lemon filling into tart shells.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
