Instructions

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down.

  4. Add your favorite fillings in a line along the bottom third of the rice.
  5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, starting from the side with fillings.
