Szechuan Noodles Recipe 🍜
Ingredients
- 200g rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns, toasted
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Chopped scallions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add Szechuan peppercorns and toast briefly.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and stir-fry until tender.
- Mix in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and toss everything together.
- Garnish with scallions and cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy!
