Ingredients
- 6 Poblano Chiles
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- 1/2 kg ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 peaches, diced
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 pomegranate, seeds only
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
