Ingredients
- 500g Pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks ๐
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 2 Eggs, beaten ๐ฅ
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
