Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- ½ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add flour, egg, and butter. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
