Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until beaten.
- Mix coconut and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each shrimp into the flour, then eggs, then coconut mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry shrimp, flipping once, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
