Creamy Shiitake Mushroom Recipe 🍄
Delicious and easy-to-make creamy shiitake mushrooms for any occasion. Perfect for a cozy dinner night!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring slowly. Allow it to simmer and thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and mixed well.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot!
