Ingredients:
- 2 cups of mixed greens 🥬
- 1 cucumber, sliced 🥒
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
- 1/4 cup olives 🫒
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Add crumbled feta and olives.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Gently toss the ingredients to mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
