500g bread flour
350ml lukewarm water
10g salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
Instructions

Add the flour and salt, mixing until a rough dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1-2 hours.
Punch the dough down, divide into three pieces, and shape into baguettes.
Place shaped dough on a floured surface, cover, and let rise until doubled.
