Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh frog legs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each frog leg in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Carefully place in hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
