Ingredients
- 4 froge legs
- 200ml of cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. 🧄
- Add froge legs and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Pour the cream over the froge legs, stirring gently. Reduce heat to low.
- Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
