Ingredients
- 4 fresh froge legs
- 1 cup of white wine
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the froge legs in white wine, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper for at least an hour.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated froge legs and cook until golden on both sides, approximately 5 minutes each side.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked froge legs before serving.
- Enjoy your Froge de Provence warm with a side of crusty baguette.
