This froge stir-fry is a delightful dish combining tender pieces of froge with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce. Perfect for a quick weekend meal!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of froge legs (sustainably sourced)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of snap peas
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the froge legs and cook until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the bell pepper and snap peas.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
