Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss in pasta, Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
