Thai Green Curry 🌿

Experience the taste of Thailand with our delicious and easy-to-make Green Curry recipe. This dish is packed with flavor, full of fragrant herbs, and perfect for any meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp green curry paste
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g sugar snap peas
  • A bunch of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the green curry paste. Stir for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper and sugar snap peas; cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
