Thai Green Curry 🌿

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g sugar snap peas
- A bunch of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the green curry paste. Stir for about 2 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken slices and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the bell pepper and sugar snap peas; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
