Quinoa and Black Bean Salad 🥗
A protein-packed salad that's both filling and refreshing.
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Cook quinoa as per package instructions. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve chilled. Enjoy!

- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- Whole-grain wraps
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus
Instructions: Spread hummus over the wrap, layer chicken, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Fold and enjoy!
