- 200g pasta of your choice
- 100g fresh froge meat, diced
- 1 bunch of basil, chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the froge meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in the herbs and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
