Ingredients:
- 2 cups chickpeas (soaked overnight)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic paste
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add chickpeas and garam masala, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
