Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter, softened π§
- 1 Β½ cups of sugar π¬
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract πΏ
- 2 large eggs π₯π₯
- 2 ΒΌ cups of all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda π₯
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts π°
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips π«
- Β½ cup of brewed coffee β
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and coffee.
- Combine the flour and baking soda, and gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
- Let cool on wire racks, serve, and enjoy!
