Delicious Kimchi Recipe

  1. Cut the Napa cabbage into quarters and remove the core. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the sea salt in water. Add the cabbage and soak for 2 hours. Rinse and drain.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix ginger, garlic, fish sauce, red pepper flakes, and sugar to form a paste.
  4. Add the scallions, carrot, and paste to the cabbage. Mix thoroughly until the cabbage is evenly coated.
  5. Pack the kimchi into a jar, pressing down to remove any air pockets. Seal and let it ferment at room temperature for 3-5 days.
