Ingredients:
- 500g beef or chicken, sliced
- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, warmed
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until soft.
- Add sliced meat and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell peppers, cook until tender but crisp.
- Mix in soy sauce, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with warm tortillas. Enjoy your fajitas!
