Ingredients
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Cooked chicken, beef, or vegetables
- Butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle half of it with a layer of cheese, and top with cooked fillings.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side to a golden hue.
- Remove from the pan, allow to cool slightly, and cut into wedges. Enjoy!
