Delicious Paella Recipe 🥘

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of chicken breast, chopped
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of short-grain rice
- 4 cups of chicken stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 teaspoon of saffron threads
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large paella pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add rice and saffron to the pan, stirring to coat the rice in the oil.
- Stir in chicken stock and peas, season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the top and cook until pink and opaque, approximately 5 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
