Palak Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 500g spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1-inch ginger, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and blend to a smooth puree.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate.
- Add garam masala and salt. Mix well.
- Add spinach puree and paneer cubes. Stir gently and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan or rice. Enjoy! 😋
