  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate.
  4. Add garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add spinach puree and paneer cubes. Stir gently and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with naan or rice. Enjoy! 😋
