🍜 Classic Ramen Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Seaweed sheets (nori) for garnish
  • Fresh ginger, grated
  • Garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:

  1. Boil eggs to a preferred doneness, cool, and peel.
  2. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat, add garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add miso paste followed by the broth, soy sauce, and mushrooms. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Place cooked noodles in bowls, pour over the hot broth, and add eggs, green onions, and seaweed to serve.
