Ingredients:
- 4 frog legs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger paste, fry for a minute.
- Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric, chili powder, and curry powder. Mix well.
- Add frog legs and cook until tender.
- Season with salt, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
