Ingredients
- 3 fresh frog legs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onions, sauté until golden.
- Add frog legs and cook until partially done.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and add diced tomatoes. Stir well.
- Season with cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy!
