Ingredients
- 2 froge fillets
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add froge fillets and Cajun seasoning. Cook until froge is browned.
- Add rice, tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
