Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe 🍰

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
